On-line form to request for free books in English and Chinese

Since May 14 2007 the US Postal Service had eliminated international surface mail services. So the postage of a one-pound package is now over 10 US dollars.

Our services are completely free. We are sending your request from Taiwan and Malaysia and due to high cost of postages we can send out only small items. So please choose the items you are requesting carefully and try to make use of the on-line version as much as possible. (2007-05-18)

The copies printed are limited in number, and they are distributed on a first come first served basis, until they are all gone.
