All Acceptable

Yutang Lin

Worrisome mind nests of sorrows be;
Practicing universally upon occasion.
From abrupt turns learn to accept all;
Flip-flop moves teach to take it easy.

Comments:

Burdensome sorrows are generated by incessant self-disturbance. If one could practice "no attachment" and "no grasping to form" upon occasions, then life would right away be a great spiritual training ground. Other people's ideas and abrupt situations would be good opportunities to practice tolerance so as to reduce self-insistence. Congregation and separation among human relations could change in an instant. Warming up and cooling off of relationships could reach polarized extremes. All these phenomena naturally teach practitioners to take worldly relationships lightly.
