Salvation through Buddha’s Name

Yutang Lin

All sentient beings call help in unison for salvation;
Buddha’s virtues all revealed in granting fearlessness.
Continuity of pure thoughts integrates all minds;
Salvation of one and all is achieved in Buddha’s name!

Comments:

One thought of Buddha’s name implies requesting salvation from transmigration in life and death for all sentient beings. One chant of Buddha’s name reveals the limitless wisdom, compassion, power and skill of salvation of the Buddha. If thought after thought of Buddha’s name could abide in this way in the universal integration of all minds in the Dharmadhatu, then the salvation of one and all would be instantaneously achieved.
