風掃葉 林鈺堂

風掃落葉自成堆,虛懷無涉隨處適;
平心等觀任來去,煦日遍照影參差。

疾風息後,落葉成堆。無執牽絆,隨緣安適。萬法等觀,去來自便。炎陽高照,蔭涼淺深。

Wind Sweeping Leaves

Wind Sweeping Leaves

Wind Sweeping Leaves Yutang Lin

Fallen leaves swept by wind to form a pile naturally.
Free from intention and tangle, suitable everywhere.
In fair view of equal mind, let coming and going be.
Warm sun shines universally, yet shadows may vary.

Comment:

After strong winds have quieted down the fallen leaves naturally formed piles here and there. Mind free from presumptions would not become tangled, and hence finds where it is to be suitable. All things are viewed equally; coming and going let them be. Hot sun shines high above; coolness in the shades are of various degrees.
