Disciple Tong Tou helped to soak my feet in hot water, and my palms in hot water, to help improve my circulation. We found a basin at the local Ranch 99 Supermarket, and it fits onto the bathroom sink, quite convenient for soaking palms. See photo 1 below.

For convenience in soaking feet, the same basin works. However, the stool I had for sitting in the bathtub is too low, difficult to sit down, sit on and stand up. I looked for a taller stool and was told by a lady clerk at Daiso to try hardware store or medical equipment shop. I tried the Ace Hardware nearby, and they do have special stools for this purpose. Nevertheless, it is still too low. The service clerk suggested that I try a patio chair instead of this. He has had many senior relatives who complained about the special stools because they are too low, have metal parts that will sooner or later rust in the bathtub, and the stains will be hard to remove from the bathtub. The patio chair is only half-price and it won’s rust, and it fits in most bathtubs.

I got one and have used it. It works fine. I can be fully dressed and soak my feet in the bathtub now. See photos 2 and 3 below.

This would be useful information for seniors like me; hence I share it with all.

浴缸凳子

弟子通透幫我脚掌泡熱水，及手掌泡熱水，以助血氣循環。我們在附近的大華超市找到一個水盆，正好可以安在浴室水槽的上面，就很方便泡手掌。見上面相片1.

同一個水盆也恰好適合泡脚掌。然而，我已經有的，供在浴缸裏坐的凳子太低了，坐下、久坐及站起都不容易。我就出去尋找夠高的凳子；在日本便利店Daiso，一位女店員建議我去五金行或醫療設備店找。在鄰近的Ace Hardware，他們就有特製的這種凳子。可惜，還是太低了。協助的店員建議我試用露台椅。

他有很多老年的親友都抱怨特製的凳子太低，並且有金屬部位，在浴缸内遲早會生鏽，然後鏽漬很難從浴缸清除。露台椅只要一半的價錢，而且不會生鏽，還可以放進大多數的浴缸内。

我就買了一個，用過了。可以適合使用。我可以全身穿得暖暖的，在浴缸内泡脚掌。見上面相片2及3.

這是對像我一樣的老人有用的資訊，所以，我與大家分享。
